★ ★ ★ ★ ★ second time go. same great level services their staf give. smooth fast and easy. don't worry about parking. if u alls go there easy to park ungrounded parking. cheap, sometimes I go bcoz fast serviced provided from their staff. sometimes free parking sometimes only rm 1 parking charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional staffs and immaculate system that registers all your address history. I always come back to the same DHL branch here since it’s spacious to pack your items and reorganize things. You’re also able to view the full set of boxes / containers they have so you can pick and choose. DHL is expensive of course but also the most reliable, they will tell you certain items cannot be posted and are subject to customs approval.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to drop a parcel this morning and rejected by the staff on duty by telling me that is a DHL International but not DHL E-Commerce! Ok fine then I asked for the location and what's the difference between a DHL International & E-Commerce. She told me that she has no idea about it and even asked me to Google myself the nearest DHL e-commerce! WTH & wondering how can DHL employed such an uneducated staff without any basic knowledge of its own employer ?
