Also patient when dealing with other customers who have questions. Having read previous reviews before going to this branch, I was a little hesitant but came away very happy with the service I received. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Improve your customer service, customers are not fools to choose DHL. You should explain the returns process with dignity. The younger staff is fine and older one is bit aggressive and rude. I just walk in to drop the return item bought from USA . But it’s a unpleasant experience.
I hope take this feedback and improve your service .
