★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This forwarding service is a pain. No one answers the call and it keeps saying it's busy and reroutes the call back to the machine after 3 seconds of attempting to connect to the agent. It then disconnects after a 4 to 5 reroutes.
My parcel from London was picked up on 14 Oct and only arrived 18 Nov at KLIA by air according to the tracker but I have not heard from them at all to receive my shipment. It is a ridiculous delivery service if you want to expect world class standard.
