★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of wok hei and street goodness. Cooking with charcoal adds another layer to the flavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over rated...
The chef should simmer the noodles longer with lid cover up, not just fry and serve...
Bear in mind, this is Fried Hokkien Mee, not Char Kuey Teow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only people who have never know the original frying Hokkien Mee. Thinking it must be simmer longer with a lid. Hello this is the correct way of a good Hokkien Mee. If you don't know. Better keep your view to yourself.
The original Hokkien Mee is done this way frying till it is not watery. The watery kind is not KLK Hokkien Mee style. I've eaten practically all the Hokkien Mee in Petaling Street. Kim Lian Kee, Lian Bee, Fung Keong Hokkien Mee, Jln Bandar Hokkien Mee near the Chinese temple in the 70's 80's 90's. Those were the best Hokkien Mee in town.
Today none can come closed to this Sifu Lee cooking. He is the closest taste to the original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carrying the flag of the pioneers of Hokkien Noodles from Petaling Street, I was rather disappointed with the mediocre outcome. I think most of the stalls out there can cook better than this.
On a side note, this stall only opens during day time and closed at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious hokkien mee with generous servings! There's also a wide range of other dishes to choose from that are equally tasty.
The chef is the original pioneer of the famous Petaling Street hokkien mee. Very friendly chap that told us stories about his past.
Oh and the iced coffee here is great too!
