★ ★ ★ ★ ★ William and his team have been looking after Aqua Dreams for the past 18 months and made sure that every time I have the time to take her out, she's ready to go. The interior and exterior are spotless, almost feels like coming to a hotel room, with the beds made and towels neatly folded. But more importantly, the boat is kept in shape with everything working, from aircons, to freezer/fridge to engines and generator. He installed my new Lithium batteries, making sure all the charge controllers are configured properly and his team are amazing at making biminis and awnings. He talks straight, honours agreements and delivers on them every time. And if he can't do it, he'll find someone who can.

They did great work on a big job and in challenging conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. They worked through every schedule and design snag patiently, methodically and cheerfully and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Diamond Ingenious is my recommendation as a yacht service provider in Telaga Harbour Marina, Langkawi, Malaysia.
I have been dealing with them for a few years and having good experience in combination of work, proposal, commitment and reasonable price.
Because of the experience with them, I ask them to take care of our boat during this covid-19 situation and feel easy now in Japan.
