D&P HQ connected me with Kathy the Manager for D&P Midvalley SouthKey Johor. She was super helpful and her explanation was really concise. The exchange was less than 2 weeks, I even got a chance to engrave my ring FOC. She updated me quite frequently regarding the status of the ring without me having to contact her first. Definitely a high rating for this 5 star service from D&P Midvalley SouthKey.

Product: High quality of workmanship, diamond price is quite cheaper compared with other jewelry store.
Experience: Staffs were all friendly. Shirley assist me throughout the ring selection. She’s very helpful and not pushy. Overall it’s comfortable to shop or even just to survey rings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While YG and WG are easily available in any jewellery shop, it is really not easy to come by one that sells PURE (not plated) 18K rose gold with modern designs, and thankfully, D&P (Southkey) has many choices to offer its customers! It shows that the company is aware of the market trend by targeting more on younger wearers, vs. blindly focusing only on 999/916 gold pieces for the older/more traditional generations. Am personally pleased with the sales service by Jamie Cheong for her professionalism, patience and product knowledge. Look at the stunning bracelets (inner pcs on both hands) and the necklace I got from D&P, such excellent & shiny cutting! Hope D&P will continue to bring in more RG designs (earrings & rings) to attract younger spenders. I'm truly a happy customer!
