Did double bleaching and color with Olaplex, plus Deluxe Intensive Treatment on my previously damaged and unruly hair. My hair looked great right after the treatment. I was advised not to wash my hair for 3 days. However sections of my hair looked dry and frizzy after shampoo and air dry on the 3rd day. Consulted Diana on the matter and she immediately scheduled a session to "rescue" my hair. She did another treatment for me and trimmed off some frizzy ends, and even scheduled for a hair wash session 3 days after the treatment. All follow ups are at no extra charge. It's almost 3 weeks now and my hair colour is stunning. My hair is much softer, smoother and not tangled after the intensive treatment.
Love the ambience of the salon. Knowing that my hair is in great hands gave me the peace of mind. Highly recommended!
