★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I started place order at 8:30 AM onwards until 9:30 AM, nobody accept my order. I have to order again and again but still nobody accept my order. End up, I go to other healthy food website and place an order there.
2. Only accept cash delivery. Should have allow customer to pay by card also. I don't have small change. I have to indicate in the comment section during checkout that I don't have the exact amount, so the delivery guy must prepare small change for balance.
3. Cannot navigate to food menu easily once you are at the cart. Click back button also no respond. I have to retype the website name in order to see the food menu again. Sigh... The website developer please fix this.
4. No option to sign up. Everytime I have to manually enter my name and address. They are the one mentioned once order is place system will prefill everything for us when we order again next time.
5. Some food no calories mentioned. I have to send a message to ask the shop. But the person reply very late. Very slow service. They are the one ask customer to send message immediately if we have questions.
