The location is easy to find and is in close range with a some of Melaka's historical sites and buildings.
The staff is okay, but need to smile more. Cheers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly slow as usually only two counters are manned instead of three or four.
That said, waiting time is about half an hour and the process time also takes as long.
This means that a customer needs to spend at least one hour just to get a simple transaction done such as registering a new line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed with the kiosk machine which only accept cash for Sim Card Replacement...Such a leading telco company's kiosk don't even accept eWallet which is very inconvenient...The good side is I met a friendly staffs during my first visit to this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for SIM card cancellation as I was told that the cancellation only can be done in this branch. But it is really short of staffs to handle the customers. Long waiting time and the process is very slow. Digi, please make sure you have sufficient staffs to handle the customers if you would like to centralize the service.
