i had bad experience with the staff. the staff there were so rude. she can just talk nicely but chose not to i guess. please improve your staff attitude first. should have training since you guys are dealing with people. this is not the first time and you guys should do something. thank you

A convenient Digi Store with enough staff to service everyone without long wait. Has Self Service Machine for top up too. This shop is considered to be larger than a normal size Digi Store with 4-6 staff working when I was there; enough to service customer without a long wait which is good when you dont like waiting or you are in a rush.

Was there approx 2.45pm today to ask for help to transfer data from my old phone to a recently purchased phone offered by Digi HQ on a contract basis. The customer staff in attendance refused to provide assistance although I'm a sr. citizen & not IT savy. It's the worst rxperience I've encountered in my life. I would definitely not recommend teaders to sign up for a new phone on a contract basis as Digi staff are not friendly to its customers esp. Sr. Citizen

Bad service. Identity stolen. Im not a Digi user. I once subscribed for broadband, terminated 8 yrs ago. Digi have my previous identity record and somehow now my identity was being reused and Digi managed to make approved stranger (suspected insider) who have only my IC no, fake address, fake name, and applied 10 postpaid line and then wanna charge me a thousand plus. Then, the staff (a malay fat lady at check-in) there were impatient with "wanna die" face. Impolite like I owe her gold. Low service, low class Digi thank god I never use Digi it is only for foreign worker. Dont pick up calls and no emails. If not for this, I will never want to have any part in Digi. Weak data privacy safety and unsafe registration process. Many such cases with Digi according to them. So dangerous. Think twice for you guys. Gd luck.

Not as efficient as the one in Klang. Why everytime comes to Digi Store has to queue so long and wait ya? Can Digi rectify this? How come other telco never had this type of issue at their front kiosk? Do u see the problem now Digi? Get things easy for us as user . Nak tuka ownership nama of sim has to go to Digi Store only (Digi store express cannot, ada yg boleh buat but charge very high fee).. things cannot do online, but has to go to physical store.. always make people headache and troublesome.

Terrible customer service. It’s public holiday and so many customers queuing up but only have 1 kiosk to service/screen the customers. Manager just sits in the office at the back and don’t come out to ease the congestion or help. They should set up 2 kiosks instead, have plenty of staff in the store and they all just stand there not offering any help. Also no SOP being enforced. Only when we start complaining about their terrible service did the lady at the kiosk come out front and enforce her authority for everyone to line up and practice SOP. But none of the customers that were in the store were told to practice SOP. The lady at the kiosk was pretty rude, no customer service manner. Manager and all staffs have lack of customer service skills, they should be sent for training. I’m just very disappointed that staffs in Malaysia lack the manners and communication skills.
