★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your semi-truck driver (WMU 8821) cut me off in sudden (at USJ 11 traffic light junction, 30/10/18, 845am) and I had to slam on my brakes, almost crashing on the rear of truck!!! Best part, he continue zig-zagging impatiently, his reckless driving that could have injured other road users.
Your driver were supposed to present a professionalism representing your company (with Lexmark brand and distributor registration on truck)
*I have on board camera to back up any disputes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is rude, billing team is slow and unresponsive. Will advise companies to not take under them. There are other options. Once contract ended. Will not adv to renew. BILLING TEAM put on mute and hold for more than 10 min. Meanwhile, they forget to put on mute and badmouth the clients, and even say "BODOH" or stupid to me. Very BAD and WORST CS ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst printer service provider ever dealt with, crucial machine is down, took more than a week to come on site to have a look, and not responsive to any calls, emails. When get hold of them, there are only giving statement of, ill get back to you. Keep delaying the technical support.
