★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I 1st took an insurance policy from Great Eastern Agent (now she is the CO of the company) for my eldest kid. The agent provide great service and consultation regarding the insurance. So far i already bought 4 insurance plans for my family from 2 different insurance agents from this company (Nurfazieyatun Ismail and Norkhairiani Idayu). Never regret to have them as my family agents. :)

I remember how patience she was in guiding me through this process since it was my first time and i was one of her first few clients. Her knowledge in this area is really amazing, being able to answer all the questions promptly. She has helped so much with GL, claims and also helped many of my family members with their policies. I admire her determination, perserverence and most of all her relationship with her clients. She has always made sure i am happywith the service, keeps me updated with the new policies and whatever product she feels will benefit me & alwus keeps in touch, rarely will we find an agent like this. Our business relationship bas turned into a friendship :) I have recommended some of my close friends and family to her and will continue to do so as she not only helps us protect ourselves but also educates us along the way.
