It is not stable !
Not sustainable!
And NOT reliable !
And also expensive for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - the system itself is ok, it gives good “calculation” experience with some round up/down issues that it’s impossible to solve and the difference is always there.
- sudden crashes and record delete especially when changing a partially paid ticket/table into another one. What you get is 0 record for both tickets and you need to have super smart staff or to have all the time in the world so you can check the receipts back and enter the totals,however, the owner/tech supporter/the one and only (Mr. Kelvin) has found a really good but not that practical solution for such fall downs/errors/system crashes which is an android based calculation app that has your menu and the item prices and then you can do your calculation in such a system failure.
- Mr. Kelvin is always blaming any error in the system or in the hardware to the cheaper material chosen by the customer. Finally you find your self paying 15 K plus for a main terminal, an order station and 3 printers that never worked properly for not even a whole day.
- Mr. Kelvin was not only blaming the static electricity in the customers for printer failures , but also bad luck.
- the non-genuine windows makes the situation even worse, 10 to 15 times system restart on a working day.
- the refurbished hardware is in the worst condition that you can imagine. Why do I have to have a refurbished hardware is only because it had to be changed - at some point of solving a system problem - with the previously brand new Acer. Also because of bad luck, as “ it’s well known that some times you buy a brand new BMW and suddenly you get an engine problem lah” Mr. Kelvin.
- as an over all experience, the system is a complete waste of time and money and definitely a terrible experience that you’ll never forget.
