โ โ โ โ โ Experience during pkp after raya, cannot go into shop, cannot see and play with display models, disappointed but okay understood, covid is serious matter. But the experience was bad made worse due to the way the salesperson talk . Since cannot see displays, of course you have lot of questions, but the salesperson attitude was terrible. You feel as if they looking down on you, very close to rude and kurang ajar. I almost cancelled my purchase, but luckily the staffs at counter was very helpful and tentative. They were the ones who improve my experience. If not because of them, would only give 1 star. Please improve especially if this pkp experience is to continue.

โ โ โ โ โ Open at 10am, and I came around 10.30am. Nobody was assisting me because everybody busy doing cleaning, sweeping whatsoever. I have to check the specs of the phone by myself using Google. They advertised certain phone at their advertisement board but when I went to asked for the phone they said it's already off market. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ Went here as it is the closest Directd store to my place. Utterly disappointed with my experience here. Here's why:
1. Sales person has zero knowledge; suggested for me to add on SD Card when the phone's memory isn't expendable. When I reconfirmed, salesperson said "Yes can support" confidently ya
2. Upon query on payment via installment via credit card, customer MUST buy their extended warranty OR add on RM20 on top of whatever they're charging if you opt to get accessories instead (no choice given to opt out)-been buying phones from DirectD for 6 years now I have never heard of such nonsense!
The same item on Shopee can be bought on Shopee without the extended warranty forced down on your throat.
Other DirectD branches never force customers to buy extended warranty ok.
Canceled my purchase and bought from official distributor instead at same price.
