★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, but may not be that cooling. The upper floor is a more presentable place to chill, yet small. The other setback of the place is that its sandwiched between mechanics and car accessories shop. Friendly staff and fairly creative ID.

The space is within a shoplot with car repair shops within the same row so there are quite a number of old cars or semi-abandoned cars lying around.
