★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Distinctive Group is a scam property developer, lousy and not responsible. I bought a unit from them. They use very cheap finishing and material despite advertising selling luxury condominiums. Lots of major defects, very bad workmanship and rush work. Poor sound insulation. Unit quality is like a lower cost flat instead of advertised luxury condos or boutique.
They will purposely delay the defects rectification by not replying to you. Their after sales service and management is almost non existence.
