Rude mechanic. Xbagi customer talking. He wanted to talk and told us to listen to him. Call asking what is broken and how much it costs is ignored. He repairs happily. Not recommended

โ โ โ โ โ Worse Service I have ever received. The owner of the shop inflate the price for fixing my car. I ask for quotation before fixing my car but after delaying for 4 days only I got a ridiculous quote.
The shop called and told me my car is half way done without getting my permission to proceed. The mechanic keep bringing up irrelevant things. First gasket, then radiator, followed by water pump and valves...and the list goes on.....all for simple overhead issue
When I ask to take back my car, the shop refused telling me need to change pistons and head cylinder spring. I asked them not to fix my car but they did anyways but still did a terrible job. I had to make police report and seek the help of Tribunal for consumer claims (KPDNHEP) to get my car out.
My advice to the rest of you people out there will be avoid or think carefully before requesting the services of Dit Soon Heng Auto Service.
