β β β β β We went there during their promotion period RM38 classic manicure and pedicure. The environment is not very nice and cosy. The shop is upstairs and as you enter, the room has only 2 sofas for 2 customers to do pedicure. For manicure, you need to sit on a stool at the table which I feel not very comfortable. For the original price of RM86, I wouldn't recommend this place! The floor is dirty with dry skin and hair as they do the scrubbing of feet. The water tub for soaking feet is movable which makes it hard as they keep carrying it around for different customers to soak their feet and so is the fan. They have to move the mini fans around and the powerpoint and cable are all over the place. The whole place just look very messy. The room is extremely hot and the aircon is not cold at all. The staff are friendly and skillful but the lady who did manicure for me forgot to trim/buff my finger nails. She applied basecoat right away ! Also, they use very low grade nail polish which is very disappointing. We started the process at 1pm and left the place at 4:15pm !! And yet, the nail polish didn't dry even after we got home. (see photos) Both my mum and mine came off on the same day. Sigh..... For RM38, it is ok if you chose the glittery nail polish, cause my pedicure is still good. But normal ones, please don't go there. The quality of the nail polish is very bad and the worse is that they kept asking you to do Gel polish which cost RM68. I won't return to this place for this kind of low quality nail polish and service they provide. Disappointed !
