★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy. Appointment is at 10.00 am. Arrived a few minutes before 10.00 am. At 4.20 still waiting. Car msk bay at 11.30 am only. Said today short of mechanic. Either that or overbooking. Wasted 1.30 hrs on queue. Usually by lunch is all done. Poor service. Hopefully they will beef up the service. Hopefully no other customer will suffer the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just share about services only..they never ask permission to change new one or put a new thing in my car...suddenly received the receipt and ask to pay..luckily i bring money.u all must ask whether the car owner want to change or not..maybe they dont want to change..later will change by themselves..if u all change it and never ask permission,i will never pay everything u change...u will pay the cost by yourself..i dont want to pay..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service very good. They renovated the place since the last time I went there. The place become more comfortable for customer to wait during servicing the car. Have milo, coffee and food for you to eat. The toilet very clean. They also have prayer room for Muslim. If you bring along kids, they have a small place for the kids to play. The servicing time considerable. If you want fast, suggest to book the time first rather than walk in. Thumbs up and keep it good guys!!!

Delivered my daughter's car for service. The guy attended say "Give me the car key" and I asked what you going to service, he said we will check first and than call you. You can go back first. Just ask me to sign the blank service sheet. I was driving back my wife's car when he called and say we changing oil, filter and bla..bla.. As I was driving could not make out much. After 2 hours I got a call to say car is ready. Once I reached there he just gave the key and bill and say go to the counter and pay. The cashier just asked me cash or card. I ask where is the car... She just say outside there. That's all.... It's like sending to a normal roadside workshop. No courtesy and no service at all.
I have 1 car with Honda service
And 1 car with Toyota Service
When I send my CAR for service they always have 1 person assigned and they will follow us to the car and check and than tell us what service they are doing, fill up the service form and to sign it, how much it's going to cost and than how long it will take. After service they will explain what they have checked and what needs to be done on the next service. Both Honda and Toyota has that personal touch on service and maintenance. Professionally attended.
