★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really underwhelming. Staff is pushy with getting you to upgrade services. They completed a manicure without getting a drop of water on my hands, which in the pandemic feels awfully unhygienic.

3 stars because I had a bit of an unpleasant experience there. Its not a huge deal. Just a lack of communication with the staff.
I paid rm20 to remove my gel manicure.
The staff very nicely asked if I want my nails cut as well and I thought why not. They then charged me an extra rm10 to cut my nails which I found was an absurd price. I would have said no if I knew it was a chargeable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know that clean, nice and satisfied feeling you get after you get your nails done? Ya, it didn't feel this way when I had my nails done here. I did Gel Manicure for RM90. The whole session lasted less than 40 minutes. It was the fastest gel manicure service I had. The place I was seated was hot, maybe because it was near the door. So it wasn't a very calming and relaxing experience. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking to have a relaxing me-time. I would rather pay RM90 elsewhere for a better manicure service.
On the bright side, the staffs were friendly and my manicurist painted 3 layers of the nail colour because the colour I chose was very light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. I had to get last minute manicure and this is my first ever time doing my nails at shop. They accommodated my request for a quick nail session and did a beautiful job. Someone called Aqu did my nails and she was so good . She also recommended colour options and the services. Happy customer here ?
