I booked and paid a PCR test for me and my son at one of their panel clinics in Coalfields and received a confirmation in Pusat Bandar Rawang 24km in the opposite direction. Called to clarify but their helpline went to voicemail. Printed the Confirmation Appointment anyway, attended the address given and got turned away at counter. Was asked to go to the covid department in another branch. Went to the nearby branch and they said they had no records there. Spent the next 40 mins getting passed around from line to line by the clinic to find out where I should head. Messaged/email/whatsapped Doc on Call on all helplines to no avail. They took 44 mins later to have a personnel attend to my case. Admitted and apologised that they gave me the wrong address in the Confirmation Appointment and asked whether I want to opt for refund or go to the other clinic 24 km away. I opted to drive there as it was urgent. Went there and same thing happened, no record of appointment. After some argument and calls, finally okayed to take the test. Then told me the lab was going to produce the result the earliest tomorrow. Was given a verbal result of negative/positive. Had to pester the clinic to be given a copy of the results. Overall experience: Nightmare. Incompetent handling over a simple appointment. Helpline does not work. No immediate access to help if you are rejected at counter. Not a recommended platform to use unless you're desperate.

Please be careful when you order from Doctor On Call! I have ordered numerous times (same medication) from them since 2020 but the recent order I had with them is short of 1 strip of medication out of 16. After 2 days of communicating with their customer service named Kris/Chris, she is implying that maybe it was my fault. Strongly saying that they have packed all my medication for shipping. Do you think i would cheat/steal 1 strip of the medicine after ordering more than 50 strips and spending RM1000+ in total since 2020. Quite disappointed on how you treat your loyal customer. If this is how you treat your loyal customer than I hope you get a new team for your customer service. I guess you rather lose 1 customer than have to refund/resend 1 strip of medicine worth RM25. Have a good day Update : The team leader has sorted the issue. Thank you for your swift action.

My only regret is not calling them earlier. I interacted with Jason and spoke to Dr Sashini, she was calm, and walked me through thoroughly without any hesitation. I appreciate her immediate concerns and medical advices. I felt calmer and protected. Thank you!

Good job and efficient service by Ivan specifically and DoctorOnCall's team generally. The doctor consulted with was very professional too parallel with the team. Fast delivery of the medication and the price is reasonable. Good to have you guys in the market during this reign of the era of Covid 19 pandemic hemisphere, less mingle less risk. Lets stay safe and practice the SOP still.

Everything is great with the exception that when u guys call us with a random number. There is no option to call you back. As a customer I felt trapped not being able to communicate 2 way. I ordered a health screening online & of course your suppose to send a nurse to come over to take blood sample. You called 4 times at 9am & now I couldnโ€™t contact u back since that number is for outcall only. Please fix this smoothness of transactions & set a an option what time a nurse can come over when booking the health screening package. Good service, convenient but still have a few more ways you can improvise

Been using Doctor On Call services for quite some time, mostly using the website to purchase medications. The whole experience with D.O.C is very smooth, and I can also get a review with doctor online, if needed to. Today, Sara from Pharmacy Team assisted me with the supplements that I wanted to buy (but uncertain with the name/brand/ingredients). Got in touch with support team (Sara) through WhatsApp and she got my questions answered within reasonable time frame. Thanks for the awesome "shopping" experience, Doctor On Call team!
