β β β β β Such slow service. For weeks it will be stated as "In process". My wife ordered Trapo 3 days before Raya, and was installed on 10 May. Absolutely slow service., even if it is custom made. HORRIBLE.

β β β β β SUPER LONG WAITING ORDER & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
After a week of waiting, CS text and mentioned about out of stock, need to pre-order. Need to wait 1 month+++++ (not exactly know the +++++ is till how long). I OFFERED MY FLEXIBILITY FOR OTHER COLOR. THEY GO FOR IT AND ESTIMATED WAITING OF 15 WORKING DAYS FOR THE CARPET TO DELIVER. I COMPROMISED FOR A DIFFERENT COLOR but i DO NOT FEEL HAPPY ABOUT IT. SO I COME AND SEND IN A BAD REVIEW AND EXPERIENCE. GUYS IF YOU WANT TO BUY DODOMAT, YOU NEED TO WAIT AT LEAST 20 WORKING DAYS FOR AVAILABLE COLOR AND 30 WORKING DAYS FOR PREORDER COLOR. SEKALIAN TERIMA KASIH

β β β β β Disappointing service from Dodomat, place order in Shopee and item should arrive Apr 22nd but late (I could understand due to Raya season high volume) however my other orders more than 5 ordered same date already delivered in first week.
I been patiently contact seller from chat and the appointed shipping company (ZTO Express) for next 1 week. ZTO express also couldnβt provide the PROOF OF DELIVERY ; Until today still no one can able to give me a confirmation where is the item but system already updated βsigned by customerβ.
Conclusion: do not buy from Dodomat , blacklisted ZTA express.
