★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has alot of hidden cost. They catch you at a low price. After that you will have to top up more in order to make your domain name run. As your domain name has been registered here, so you have no choice but to pay those hidden cost. At the end, it cost more than other domain name provider. Better not deal with this company. i have attached an image as example of hidden cost as reference

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them hasn't been positive. Bought a domain which doesn't come with domain management. As in you cannot add crecords or set the name servers for your domain if you bought a separate hosting. They didn't tell you this upfront and in my whole decade of buying domains this is the first time ever I bought a domain which doesn't allow you to change name servers or add domain records. It is like buying a car only to know later that it doesn't come with tyres!!!
In order to have domain management, you gotta pay extra. What's worse, they were not willing to refund the domain in spite of just being few weeks old when I complained about the lack of domain management. I will avoid this company in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I share the same view with Jay. There are many hidden cost in their product & services, no transparency whatsoever. The website gave me the impression that Weebly is a bundled service but actually they are totally separate. The software & navigation is also not user friendly. Customer support is slow most of the time and does not address my specific issues. They like to give jargons (eg. A record, nameserver) which no one could understand unless you are a techie. Every reply seem to come with request to subscribe for more services and need pay more.
