โ โ โ โ โ Waited 45 minutes for an XL pizza to be delivered, but when the delivery person arrived they brought somebody else's order.
They left to retrieve my order, but called back a few minutes later and told me "Your order was eaten by the person we accidentally delivered it to. Please wait while we prepare another one". Had to wait another 30 minutes for my order to arrive.
No apologies nor compensation for their staff's mistake. Never ordering from this branch again.

โ โ โ โ โ Can you believe 2hrs pizza delivery?!!I ordered at 545pm and it arrives at 750pm! Called to cancel and went out when the delivery came. Took pity on the delivery guy and paid for cold Xtra large with cheese pizza and tasted like crap.This will be last from domino's, not ordering from today onwards.not even a coupon of free pizza after 2hrs late. Even the box started to soak up the oil. Just terrible experience

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered for delivery on Grab at about 5.30pm, got a call about 10 min after placing the order saying that its raining and that delivery may be delayed by 20min, I said its fine, raining would be tough for the riders, then at about 6.30pm, an hour after placing my order, I called back to follow up because status on Grab has been updated as delivered and money has been charged but I have yet to receive any calls from any rider that my food has been delivered. They said that it was delivered and that the rider did not have credit to make calls. Apparently my food was left at the lobby sitting for an hour out cold when the rider could have informed condo security to intercom to my unit that my order has arrived. Instead, the rider left the order on the lobby table and left. Now, I am left with cold pizza with a bad experience. Good job Dominos.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered at 841pm but now almost 10pm still nothing...I understand if u need more time to deliver due to raining in my area but atleast call your customer cause since my ordered taken, for 45min no action at all in your website so call tracker.. Call also nothing. So worse... #stillwaiting
