★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staffs, good ambience, recommend to dine in instead of ordering to go. Just take your time, bask in the ever-busy street, and enjoy your pizza. Reccomend to get crunchy thin crust, with extra cheese. Don't mind the young staffs blasting loud music, it's just their way of passing the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very rude service from staff. A young female malay lady working the cashier. Was talking on the phone and dint bother to acknowledge me when i was at the counter. Turned her back on me while chatting on her phone with what i assume is her friend with giggling here and there. Also keyed in wrong order when she wasnt paying attention while taking my order. Lastly they way she works by slamming the empty pizza boxes on the table and her face of disgust when i told her she keyed in the wrong order is horrible. She should not be working at the front of the restaurant. This was at 6.30 pm management please look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. I ordered a pizza o dine in at 305pm. I waited until 335pm but no one called me. Upon checking the counter, i was shocked to find out the pizza was long baked and done. The lady staff who took my order was at the back not knowing what she was doing. The tables were dirty. Hand-wash was empty. Sink was dirty. A total let down

Dominos pizza management, DON'T accept the order if you cannot handle the orders or deliver it within 30min !!!!!
I complete order at dominos website at 6.01pm, and only receive at 7.56pm, almost 2 hours wait. No compensation voucher is given. And the pizza looks shockingly unappetizing.
Call hotline no one answer, just endless audio advertisement. Wait until 10 minutes the hotline system drop the call by itself.
Call 2nd time, still no one answer & endless audio advertisement. But when the call is answered, been told need to wait another 30min or 45min. If want to cancel and refund, e-wallet payment needs saving account & may take 7 days.
This make the impression that the restaurant will take in as many order as possible to get profit and ignore about the promises of "approximately 30min delivery time" that stated on the order confirmation page.
Or maybe they think can take advantage on the customer because they think customer will choose to quietly accepted the unfair long waiting due to the refund process is troublesome.
Or maybe 2 hours of delivery time is within the promises of "approximately 30min delivery time".
So think not twice, not triple but quadruple time before you order online.
