Im waited for more than an hours for the delivery but tried to called so many times even to customer service n kajang domino branch but not reachable. Wasted time n no feedback on orders made. Please give proper service for customer and do more survey on how people serve fast n improved.

The operation hours until 11PM but they close at 10:30 PM

Can you just learn to communicate to your customer if you cant make the delivery, instead of making me wait for two hours long with no clear message. I submit the order on 8.28pm and the shop closing hour is 10.00pm. There should be enough time to inform on the order status rather than just update as completed order in the system. Thank you for the best customer service experience I had today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spend my time here for a couple hours while waiting for my bus. i ordered the new Blueberry Cheese cake. To my surprise, the cake is incredibly small. the inside of the cake is cheesy blueberry jem that taste sweet, sour and ... i dont know how to describe it, i really didn't like it. luckily the size is small, im able to finish it up. I should have ordered the Choclate lave cake instead. i can't comment on their pizza because i didn't ordered one, but i guess their pizza is fine like other dominos store as I didn't see or hear any complaints from the customer while spending about more than 2 hours there. The store size is not very spacious but yet, it still have nice interior design and i feel comfortable. there are also toilet available for the customer and the hygiene impressed me, the toilet is very clean. this store is not so big because this store is mainly for delivery as the rider is constantly in and out of the store. the staff also friendly while taking my orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most cozy Domino's Pizza outlet. I started to buy pizza from Domino's was in 2002 at Dataran Mentari, PJ. During those time, you can't dine in but only order the pizza for take-away only.
Now days, smart phone and apps has change the marketing strategy. Apps has made it easy for customers to order and to receive their food by delivery. Usually, less than 30 minutes, you will receive it in a warm condition which made it fresh before you enjoy it.
My favourite will be the Cheese Tarik Crust, so much cheese on top of pizza! Where they combined Cheddar cheese, Parmesan sprinkled crust or you can replace it with Mozarella Cheese Tarik. Besides the awesome lasagne, Cheesy Four or Fabulous Four will be a good suggestion for your lunch or dinner.
There will be Garlic Cheese Onion Rings, Stuffed Cheddar Bites, Cheesy Cheddar Stix, Crazy Chicken Crunchies, all the right stuff as a complete meal!
If they asked to pick your crust, I always choose New York Crust or I will go for Cheese Burst Crust (taste more cheesy cream at the middle).
There are 12 choices of Favorites pizza, 8 choices of Classic pizza and 8 choices of First Class pizza. Most of the flavour will be my favourite, all taste of pizza are yummy! You always can go for personal pizza but I can bet you that wasn't enough.
Have you try Xtra large 15" pizza? That will be awesome and extremely to load your mouth with American style!
