For an "eco friendly" weak plastic bag, they would charge. When I asked why are charging me 20 cents when I am buying RM 80+ worth of pizza? They answer that this plastic bag charge is a government regulation. Well I wasn't the one who told you to use plastic bag, give me a paper bag like McDonald's, I wouldn't mind that! Just don't send me out scrambling and juggling pizza boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is clean and hygienic, the set up is typical fast food restaurant set up-not customer friendly - you customer, me seller, no greeting and chit-chat , just want to get the job done. There is no toilet in here.
The chef table/kitchen set up is behind the counter inside.
Their customer service is so so - slow and friendly .
Their price is appropraite but sometimes will have good discount .
The counter sale should be more friendly
