★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered 2pcs of regular pizza with thin crust. Unfortunately the crust is out of stock and the cashier recommend me to change into mozarella crust. I do agree because it is definitely better option.
After payment made, the cashier ask my phone number and my name.
After waiting for 40 minutes, i went to counter and ask the manager directly why my bill is overcharge rm10 and how would they inform after completing my order.
The manager state rm10 is for mozarella crust. I think it is bettee for the cashier to explain that it is a paid upgrade. By default, as the customer, the cashier should inform me.
Secondly, they dont mention how long i need to wait and i had given my number but no call from them. So you need to go to counter regularly.
Overall, very bad experience. As the customer, any good food without good service will become tasteless.
