โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely comfortable place to be and have a slice of piping hot pizza. The environment is so quite and less messy which makes you to enjoy the food without any external disturbances. In a nutshell, indeed a place to bring youself to enjoy your favourite domino's.

โ โ โ โ โ A long wait for our order and then when we got home, discovered they'd forgotten to include the bottle of drink which was part of the package we had ordered....and had to drive all the way back again to collect. Consequently, the pizza was no longer hot when we got home for the second time !. Unfortunately, it's not the first time it's happened with this outlet. Needs to improve quality control with order checking.

โ โ โ โ โ Made an online order at 7.07pm (payment on delivery) and after 1 hour and 50mins we had not recieived the Pizza. Called the 1-300 number many times but could not get through even after holding for 25mins. left 3 call return messages but no one has called back. The online tracker still showed 'Prep' (2nd step). It was way past our dinner time. finally at 9.06pm we received our order. When asked the driver why so late, he was rude to say he only delivers and can't asnwer for the delay. He never even gave a coupon for free pizza due to late delivery. This is very bad customer service. If it was going to be late someone could have at least called us to tell us.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience, my order was rejected after i pay. After an hour i called and manager said they will proceed with my order and will deliver within 30mins. But no deliveries afterwards. My kids had been waiting for 3 hours in total. Really bad services!! Im so upset with dominos malaysia
