4 Dec 2021 Note: Please arrive early as you need to queue for more than 30mins during peak hour. That area also known for inadequate parking space. Make sure to write ur name on the whiteboard for reservation. Thier kimchi stew, japchae and steamed egg is on the house for the first round, but will be charged if needed refill. Price wise: Price wise is average kbbq price around the area. We ordered the most popular set (set a RM96.7) which has pork intestine, pork belly and marinated pork. The female owner will help to ensure the meat is cooked properly. Taste wise: Pork intestine is charred, crispy, with a bit of chewiness. However the pork intestine will have some "pork" smell. Pork belly and marinated pork is nice, all feel fresh, I like how meat is tender compared to some other kbbq restaurant which makes the meat dry as cardboard. Just one minor thing that I don't like is sometimes the fat part of pork belly tends to be tough, otherwise the taste is nice. We also added some octopus, some hotdogs with rice cake and a cold noodle. I felt just taste like average kbbq flavor. I think the meat is what they excels at. The banchans imo is average and below average if I being really nitpicking. Restaurant serves us pickled onions, pickled radish, kimchi, potato salad, the veggies to wrap your meat with and pickled spinach. I don't like the kimchi myself but according to my friends they are quite delicious so I'll still recommend it. For the rest I felt the banchans are complementing the meat, which gave me abit less desire to refill it and just focus on the meat itself. Sauce wise: As usual, kbbq will give "red sauce" and a sesame oil with salt. Would recommend the red sauce. Imo the additional sauce served along the pork intestine is average. The red sauce is all I need. Overall 8/10 Nice ambience, feels like those roadside kbbq restaurant, and the service is great. It lacks variety in thier banchans but the meats are delicious and tender. If you have not eaten kbbq before, this would be a great restaurant to introduce you to kbbq. If not is still a good bbq place to enjoy. Would definitely come again for the pork intestine! ?

Authentic Korean BBQ restaurant. I like how they serve customer, really caring, u only need too order and wait for them to grill the meat and bring up the side dishes. At first it look pricey but combine with all the side dishes It's not that expensive. Remember don't need to order kimchi chigae (kimchi stew), gapchae (stir-fried glass noodle), steam egg becoz It included in the side dishes. And yes the portion kinda small, plus no air-con so I recommend u come in cool days/dinner will be better.

A satisfying bbq! The staffs will cook the meat on ur behalf. I enjoyed the chewy texture of the pork intestine. It depends how thick or thin the cut is and u will get a slight different texture. If u like it crispy, then go for the thinner pieces. Note that their japchae isnt refillable but they give free steam egg and kimchi jigae. The kimchi jigae is too sweet. Kimchi is nice. Overall not a bad place for your bbq hangout spot!

Long Queue......don't really know why I queue for this but eventually I did?. Korean BBQ with very attentive service. Some secret in most Korean BBQ restaurant you go always great service. This place is small and pack. Tasty meat and super spicy fish cake soup. Love their beer and shoju selection too. If you are a fan of Korean BBQ (non-halal) do come and QUEUE....I was queuing eventhough I reach there at 5.30pm for early dinner..... Queued for 40mins....still worth it...

My favourite Korean bbq by far with normal meats pork belly, jaw meat and intestines. Service is very nice. Owner was very attentive to the meats. we were there on Valentine’s Day so there were a line out the door. I can’t comment on normal days or weekends. A dinner + a couple of bottles of soju will run you about 180rm.

Great place for a Korean bbq!! They even help to cook your so you would only need to focus on the eating part ?. Do come earlier as it was pack when I came around 8pm(queue for about 30mins before we got our table). They sell quite exotic korean food like korean blood sausage(Sundae) and makchang. I loved the makchang and sundae. Unfortunately our stomach was quite filled as the dish came with alot of side dishes as u can see in the pic.....if not would have ordered more to try out. Recommended place for a korean bbq ???.

*Parking here might be a bit difficult to find (especially since it’s Hartamas area). There is a paid parking area beside if you’re desperate, or you can make your rounds behind the block (avoid the Indian touts asking you to park as they will ask you to pay for what is essentially free parking). **Keep in mind there is a waiting list whiteboard you need to write your name down on in front of the entrance if you arrive during peak hours. Ambience: As there is essentially no walls here, it doesn’t get too stuffy and there is plenty of air flow. Nice place to chill and talk with your friends too. Service: Not too bad as staff helps you to cook everything and are able to recommend dishes here and there. They are also pretty responsive and were able to get your needs quickly. Although there might be some trouble flagging them during peak hours but that is to be expected. Food: Although most of them tasted decent, I think it somehow doesn’t taste satisfying? What I mean by this is that the food tastes good but doesn’t exactly hit the right note. For example, for the pig intestines it’s not cooked till the right crispiness, so you’re essentially chewing the fat without any textures. Price: As most have mentioned, it is affordable if you take into account that you are getting some extra dishes for free (kimchi stew, steamed egg, japcheong). But honestly, if I were coming for Korean bbq already anyway I would rather have the option to choose whether I wanted to order more meat or order other dishes. So personally I think the price is a bit higher. Conclusion: The food here is definitely decent, and the number of stars I have reflects that. But would I come back? Probably not, as I think with the prices here you can definitely find better or comparable ones elsewhere.

Very nice and affordable Korean BBQ. The service is good. The lady will grill for you. We ordered pancake and she offered to keep it warm on grill, it makes the pancake extra crispy and nice. Love it! Important note: When arrive, if no seats available right away, write your name on the white board (waiting list).
