The job was done remotely & the problem resolved within an hour.... which meant it was already past midnite by the time we were done. Thank you, Dotronix! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had hardware issue(broken body) in my HP laptop. I came to know their laptop service from online and gave them my laptop for repair yesterday. I would say their service is top notch and they have fixed my laptop issue in a day. Arshad is the one who coordinated me and promised to deliver next day directly to my home. As per his promise, he himself drove all the way to my home and delivered it eventhough it is late night around 9:30PM which very much impressed me and I really appreciate it.
Overall I am very much satisfied with their Professionalism, service and response till the delivery. Thanks a lot Arshad and Team. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found Dotronix laptop repair through google search, I must say Dotronix is doing a good job providing computer and laptop repair services near Mont Kiara area. Excellent skilled technicians, provides pickup and delivery and comes with a service warranty as well. Completely satisfied.
P.S. My old laptop works flashy fast now.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have first found Dotronix repair laptop service at the beginning of first MCO and ever since they are our main IT service repair provider, they have very clear understanding of laptop repair problems and because of that i was i always call them on the phone whenever i have laptop problems even when I am overseas. The always try to solve our problem firstly on the phone or else we will send it to them, their turn around time is usually one day or even same day. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in the morning for an urgent fix for my PC. They sent a technician to fix it in the afternoon who worked on it but unfortunately couldn't get it to work at my place. However, they quickly suggested to take it to their workshop and fix it the same night.
They fixed it within an hour and sent it back! I got everything sorted out within the same day.
Great communication and good people. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found Dotronix Computer Repair service through google search, initially I thought of carrying the PC all the way to their workshop but they offered if I would like to have my Computer to be picked from my home, I was surprised that we have this service in Malaysia also for which I gladly asked them to have it picked up as I am too busy to travel in KL traffic.
Not to mention their professional work approach is praiseworthy.
They not only repaired my computer which was not turning on but they offered me an upgrade which will revive my old PC for another few years to come.
Now my PC is 6 times faster with all the upgraded programs.
Dotronix will be my preferred Computer repair service provider from here onward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Dotronix last year to clean my Dell G7 7588 laptop and was happy to know that they could service it (clean the fans and renew thermal paste) cause a lot of areas near me was unable to provide the service for my laptop model. Technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable, allowed me to see and take pictures of the whole process. No shady installers, login or anything needed. They just opened up the laptop and cleaned it as requested. Everything done within an hour, and worth the price. 10/10 Would go again to service my laptop.
