The food was delivered within 40mins after I placed my order. I think it was decent. Had the soft shell crab burger- the crab was crispy and delicious, the dressing/sauce was in just the right amount. The burger itself was so filling. The burger came with a side of salad, which was fresh and french fries. The portion of fries was a bit too much. could not finish the fries as the burger was already making me full.
The salted egg cronut- I find it too greasy..the taste was OK. But to me, the price of this cronut is too expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to this outlet yesterday. tried their caramel butterscotch cake, wow they have improved their quality! it's great! however, i asked one of the male staff there regarding the cake that you guys use for caramel butterscotch cake, he did not confident enough about the answer. in fact, he really tried hard instead of calling other people to answer my question ? hope to train your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Latte was good, spaghetti was ok, however a bit of disappointed over the cust services. Wasn’t been attended as we approached the entrance (with stop sign “pls wait to be seated”). Self-scan menu is incomplete with a lot of missing photos. Lower rating is given to this restaurant as I didn’t expect such ‘status’ for such a over-pricey place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on the first day that they opened up. The pastries are to be ordered at the counter, but drinks and food are to be ordered at the table for dining in. It was a little confusing - after ordering the salted egg cronuts, they didn't come to our table, we had to ask the waitress and made a new order, but luckily they were served quickly. The menu is accessible via a code that you have to scan, but maybe because the place is still so new, the menu hardly have pictures and descriptions yet. The salted egg cronuts were delicious as usual. And since it was the first day, we were treated to a salted egg lava cake for free so that we could give our feedback on it. It should be available in this particular branch of Dotty's only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, not crowded and we got a table right away. Unsurprisingly, this branch is just as disappointing as the one at TTDI.
Ordered the salted egg yolk croissant and salted egg yolk donut. Both were a letdown. The "filling" was way too dry. Even the coffee was kinda below average.
There are so many cafes in Klang Valley that are worth trying before this one. I have zero interest in returning.
