★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the new workshop at Taman Skudai Baru, opposite previous workshop. The new place is better, cleaner, and has a comfortable waiting room for customers. Complete with free drinks! Good service. The waiting area has sockets, wished I brought my laptop so I can do some work.
Service is fast and efficient,similar to previous place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car for a windscreen change... Good and fast service.... And comfortable waiting room with free 3 in 1 coffee making facilities .... They allow customers to be at the working area to observe their work...
Can't comment on the price since it was an insurance claim...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to give bad reviews, but I was deceived by reading good ones here. I hope the owners and staff look at the positive side for improvement. I came here for windshield replacement through an insurance claim. However, I keep on discovering irregularities and damages inflicted on my car.
The Good:
1. The staff were friendly and helpful.
2. There is a comfortable waiting room with beverages provided.
3. They gave me discounts for extra tinted on the side windows.
The Bad (or rather the damages they did):
1. The driver's door could not be opened from inside. Luckily, I found the issue before I pass through the Skudai toll plaza! Imagine if I was already there and cannot open the door and pull down the side window. I quickly come to the shop for immediate rectification.
2. The rain sensor is no longer working well after they replaced the front windshield. It has never happened before!
3. The sprinkler for the windshield washer no longer working. Again, it never happened before.
4. I found out the third day (since we could not turn down the window for 2 days) that my power window is no longer working properly.
I don't know what else will come up. Overall, I am very disappointed by the damages they did to my car. Why is it so difficult to have mechanics/car service owners that are honest and of high integrity?
I hope they take this seriously and as something to be urgently improved.

Repairing the windshield is very unprofessional
It was dismantled before it was completely dry. After the repair, there was still a dent. The store told me that it was normal
In the end, I went to MR DIY and bought windshield repair to repair it myself
If you want to repair the windshield, it is recommended to go to MR DIY to buy RM15.90 to fill it up by yourself.
RM80 is really not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My windscreen was broken during my trip to Spore from KL. I went to this place to replace it with the new one. After the insurance was approved, they quickly worked. The waiting room was comfortable. Coffee and Wi-Fi were available as well. Good work!
