★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel from Singapore to JW Aesthetic Clinic Austin Branch regularly to get Hifu and 3steps facial treatment. Doctor and all the therapists are genuinely nice and trustworthy as well as their technology and products are being excellent yet affordable. Hence it really worth to travel long distance from Singapore and I highly recommend this clinic to my friends!

If you have any concerns on your treatment always let them know as they are considerate and negotiable. I also especially like Eunice, she's very friendly and gives good services

Their friendliness and courteous make them very approachable. Their knowledge toward products and treatments makes me feels like I'm well taken care of. I'm really enjoy the whole experience everytime when I'm there. Had recommended alot of my friends there and all feel the same way as well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally love their q-switched and 3 steps omega light. Their service are superb. Eunice are very attentive and we'll equipped with her knowledge. Dr Wong also very friendly. My skin improved sooo much. Due to covid I can't travel there. But once they are open again u would go there again ;)

Enjoyed their dedicated service and relaxing facials. They are also great conversationalists.
Kit especially, has shared many of her varied experiences working in the field.
She also took the time to explain what might help for my particular skin type and condition.
Like this branch for their minimal hard sell and low waiting times. Would recommend to a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased peeling treatment and it was good and in fact i repeat the purchase just because i feel so in love with my skin after the treatment. My skin getting more vibrant, clean and more importantly feel softner and smooth. I shall continue after mco lifted.
Overall the service and result is very good and recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing out my personal experience in JW Aesthetic Kuching was a nightmare for me that happened on 06 Dec 2021. I was convinced it was an International Brand to perhaps a better system.
Unfortunately, during an half leg laser session turns out their unprofessional laser straight onto my tattoo which causing an open cut wounds and possibility scarring under doctor testify.
The most scariest part that was there's no responses from the management nor Jackly (who claim to responsible this matter) of compensation towards my incident.
Therefore if you are searching a beauty centre to turns you better, probably there's better choice for you than the incident have happened in me as a lesson.
