β β β β β He is really a snobbish doctor. Went to him with my infant and he didnβt see him properly. Asked him question but he didnβt reply properly. Not recommended. Donβt know how sunway is allowing him to practice

β β β β β I don't think a doctor would have so many young patients if only have one star rating (before my rating here). Based on my 3.5 month experience, gut feel is he is above average with a great support team (few nurses there). As such, I am assigning full score so that the average scoring can be more reflective of the situation I have seen YTD.
Some people may feel he speaks too fast. For me, so far everything is good, you got to be fast when it comes "baby" vaccination. We can tell more nice my baby starts talking....Cheers

β β β β β He was assigned as doctor for my baby , my delivery was in Sunway hospital.
He never asked us about the milestones , do not want to spend time with us even though we are paying good amount for each visit, Only administers the vaccination and sends us off. as a newborn's parents we might have some questions related to growth but there is never time with doctor to address it.

β β β β β Was assigned to this Dr and not by choice. Clinic is full and pack. Very mechanical and not patient focus. My boy was admitted with jaundice and consultation was for 3-5 mins. Total charge rm1.5k for 24hrs. When I insisted to discharge him the next day, there was no follow up and left us as it is. Was told to discharged him at the nursery and donβt need to go back to clinic. That was the last Iβve seen Dr Khoo till I recently received a text for his next vaccination due. Purely $ centered only.
Alternatively, I went to Dr Koe for further follow up and the patient focus was a vast difference. At the least she sees my baby as a baby. Plenty of other paeds options in Sunway or outside.
