★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 100 stars if I could. Dr Lily is extremely detailed, attentive, caring & professional.
I have been seeing her since July 2021. She successfully treated my lungs due to covid infection. It was a delicate and complex situation as I am pregnant and she kept my baby safe in the process. I am forever grateful to her.
She makes me feel confident in her treatment plan & patiently answers all my questions. I am made fully aware of the medication and side effects so I was able to prepare myself mentally for any possible outcome.
Her clinic also runs quite efficiently with her helpful staff nurse. Setting up appointments and follow up is hassle free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She was very detailed and was able to provide feasible options in treating my conditions. Although there was a miscommunication between her and another doctor that made me have another biopsy for my lungs. Overall I did not regret coming to Dr Lily for my treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been having chest discomfort, shortness of breath and palpitation for few months after vaccination. The cardiologist I went to earlier ruled out heart issue, after performing numerous tests. A few other doctors diagnosed me as having anxiety disorder.
As my symptoms persist, I went for respiratory specialist, Dr Lily Diana at Pantai Hospital. She read through my cardiology report and suggested that I should recheck my heart instead. I did not expect her to read through the report. Not many doctor actually do that! Dr Lily is really detailed and thorough.
She referred me to Dr Imran, cardiologist in the same hospital. Cardiac MRI Scan was performed and it shown that I have heart muscle inflammation, myocarditis! I finally found out what's wrong with me after so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lily is an attentive listener. I firstly came to Dr. Lily for my incessant prolonged cough and she had attended to my situation well up to a point that she was ready to perform a procedure (flushing of my lungs) when she became alarmed with my complaint of a headache. She ordered a cat-scan on me and minutes before the flushing procedure, Dr. Lily informed me that she saw a much bigger problem than my lungs: she found tumour in my brain! Upon that finding, Dr. Lily went above and beyond to get my tumour removed. With the help of her husband, Dr. Imran, Dr. Lily arranged for my transfer to a different doctor and within one week my tumour was removed.
Had Dr. Lily not listened attentively to my woes and took note of my slightest medical complains, I may probably would have gone on another period of doctor hopping. My incessant cough immediately disappeared when the tumour was removed and it would not have been removed had Dr.Lily not been bothered by my headache complain. Many doctors I met may not ask the right questions and may overlook vital information. But with Dr. Lily, I feel very much at ease, for when she handled my case, she truly listened, and cared for my health and well-being.

Under Dr. Lily's care I have fully recovered from a difficult illness, due to her attention to detail and consistent ability to find the most effective approach. She came highly recommended, and from the beginning of the treatment until now it is very clear why that was. She is also very very generous with her time and communicates and takes questions outside of clinic hours and appointments. Her staff is helpful, smart and friendly as well. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
