For me not treated well. During that day we want to buy a contact lens, which we not invited to sit inside, so we just standing outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered contact lens from this shop in october 2021 but the lens were defect item on right side. Because i feel uncomfortable when i put it into my eyes. I’ve told & bring it to the staff but she said the lens were ok, not defect at all, & told me that i cannot claim.
Then, i order new contact lens from other shop, no more uncomfortable feeling like i use the lenses from dr spec.
I believe the contact lenses from this shop were factory defect, so that they must send it back to check unfortunately they didn’t do the service to me?
I’ve lost RM 130 for paying the defect contact lenses?
