β β β β β There is no punctuality code from this doctor as he only walks into clinic after 11am. Even you are the first patient in the clinic registered yourself at 9am but still have to wait until 12pm only can see doctor. You must have ample of time for the day in exchange for his precious 10 mins time. First patient waiting since 9am until 12pm and yet not being summoned.
