★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiada alat yg lengkap, staff sngt x profesional, klinik yg sngat x proper, tiada kemudahan lengkap....check kucing pon ats lantai je, pastu terus jual/bgi ubat....at least check la ats meja tempat yg proper sikit....staff x membantu....tanya soalan mcm xnk jawab...sngat x recommend....baik stop la buat klinik, jual ubat je lgi baik...sangat x profesional
 No complete equipment, very professional staff, very proper clinic, no complete facilities .... check the cat pon ats the floor, must continue to sell/buy medicine .... at least check it at the table where it is a little proper .... staff x help .... ask questions mcm xnk answer ... very x recommend .... well stop it for the clinic, selling medicine is still good ... very x professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall really nice, Dr Azila and staff dia sangat lemah lembut dan sabar jer jawab soalan customer. Kalau whatsapp tanya soalan memang staff dia akan jawab dengan baik, yang penting sabar haha. Hari tu bawa kucing gi vaksin, harga Rm 30.
Cuma sayangnya facilities tak lengkap sebab klinik ni bukan setiap hari bukak, hanya hari rabu ja setakat ni sebab staff tak cukup, tak tau sekarang dh macam mana.
Saya sangat recommended untuk warga besut gi klinik ni untuk check kucing. Kucing saya hari tu sakit gi cucuk n makan ubat terus sembuh. Apa apa pon pm dulu pihak klinik untuk pertanyaan lebih lanjut ya.
Harap klinik dapat lebih improve dari segi facilities and maybe dapatkan staff yang lebih banyak supaya boleh buka setiap hari hehehe. Tq Dr Vet
Overall really nice, Dr Azila and her staff are very gentle and patient in answering customer questions. If whatsapp asks a question, the staff will answer well, the important thing is to be patient haha. That day, bring a vaccinated cat, price Rm 30.
Unfortunately, the facilities are not complete because this clinic is not open every day, only on Wednesdays so far because the staff is not enough, I don't know now what to do.
I highly recommend for the residents of this clinic to check the cat. My cat was sick that day and took medicine and recovered. What is the pound pm first the clinic for further questions yes.
Hope the clinic can improve more in terms of facilities and maybe get more staff so that it can be open every day hehehe. Tq Dr. Vet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis baik dan cepat sebab tak ramai orang. Harga pun berpatutan. Lokasi betul-betul menghadap Supermas, tingkat 2 atas kedai barangan kucing. Pergi ke sini untuk vaksinasi pertama kucing saya sebab klinik kerajaan tak terima vaksinasi kali pertama sepanjang PKP (dorang ambil kes kecemasan sahaja). Saya vaksin kucing untuk prepare sebelum pemandulan sebab sebelum mandulkan kucing kena vaksin terlebih dahulu. Staf di Animal Clinic ni kata kena booking dulu untuk sesi pemandulan (spay/neuter).
Went for my cat’s first vaccination because the Besut district veterinary clinic (government) doesn’t accept non-emergency cases during MCO lockdown. The service was nice and quick and the price was affordable. For spay/neuter you will need to book in advance. And before spaying/neutering you will need to vaccinate your cat at least 2 weeks prior to the surgery.
Good and fast service because not many people. The price is reasonable. The location is directly facing Supermas, 2nd floor above the cat goods store. Went here for my cat's first vaccination because the government clinic did not receive the first vaccination during PKP (please take emergency cases only). I vaccinate cats to prepare before spaying because before spaying cats need to be vaccinated first. The staff at the Animal Clinic said they had to book first for a sterilization session (spay/neuter).
