โ โ โ โ โ Quick and breezy service! Did a patch up for my windscreen as there was a star crack after being hit by some foreign material on the highway. Lesson learnt: do not drive behind big trucks even if they are not ferrying construction materials!

I sent my car before 11am which I have contacted the owner a week before.
Being told it will take estimated 2 hours.
Then, being called that need to postponed to 4pm because the original tinted screen is scratched and need to wait for new windscreen.
Then, another call to inform me if tinted can be done on next week or not.
As I need to travel, I requested them to complete it by the day itself and being informed need to wait until maybe 6/7pm as there is a car is waiting and need to be fully tinted.
I went back to the shop nearly 7pm which is their closing time, but still not tinted. It actually just take 30mins to tint my car windscreen. Then I couldย leave with my car almost 745pm.
I am sorry that making the staffs can't go home on time but really I am not sure why it need to take the whole day to get this done. If there are a lot of cars have book the slots then they could let me know and reschedule it to another day. Why have to make promises that cannot be kept?

โ โ โ โ โ Fast and good service, can claim insurance and done in one day,, i book the same day and done replace my windscreen in the same day. So far no water leaking. Thank you Dr Windscreen !!
