★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1stly, thank you for the result, I really love it. But along the process, it’s so bad. Bad service & not professional, when I arrived, there’s 2 ladies served me & they were so rush to talk that I dont know which 1 I should heard to. When the customer gave feedback they gave immediate answer like its the customer fault. They also didn’t hear customer’s opinion on how the customer preferences & their nails are long, it hurts my scalps. I have to ask twice if the hair dye is water permeable bc the 1st time I asked they said yes they have the water permeable dye & said the hair dye is on promotion. I asked again if the dye is halal before putting it on my hair, then only she said that if I want the water permeable 1, the price will be different & so much pricier than normal dye. Why didn’t she told me when I asked the 1st time? & for the muslimah’s room? Don’t bother go for it, they’ll put you on the room, made you sit on hard chair & small mirror. They want to take picture of my hair when they knowing I’m wearing hijab, they asked me twice & said will only take the hair picture. I mean what’s the point of wearing hijab if I want to show my hair even without showing my face, I should just cover my face then. Lastly, while I’m paying the money, the girl at the reception was video call, on her phone. She doesn’t even bother to say thank you or greet me back. I wasn’t hoping for excellent customer service, just hoping for some normal thank you or welcome or come again greet. I do work in customer service but here their service are so bad that this will be the 1st & last time they having me here & I will not recommend to others.
