★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe lived too many workers. The sound of motorcycle was incredibly loud even in the midnight. Almost couldn’t sleep. I didn’t know why the securities allowed them keeping noisy. The parking lot was terribly difficult when you took heavy things passing through many entrance doors. As soon as you lived in Dream City, you became a monitored objects just need to comply with their rules , but not a happy resident who had enough comforts and rights. In addition, facilities inside house are not durable, should be low-end products, need repair frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is polite and helpful. Cleaning service is awesome, they really doing cleaning everyday. Facilities is well maintain. Lake view is really good. Environment is quiet enough and like the people here so far. Like the gym as in its big. Swimming pool have then "infinity pool" view although it's not on the top floor.

But Management work very slow.
And keep seeing they repairing the building.
Feng shui is good for two blocks only.
