I want rent a apartment,and pay all money and Jane agent don’t let me sign contact ,and lied to me 2 times,she said me pay her money.And another one is Jordan,he said meet me at the apartment,and after I go half routine he said can’t come and don’t want to rent to me .So INTERESTING,even agent have a customer commission become a Power.Really Disgusting .Never even go this company,they hire liar and proud of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with agent named Dave Chong and he had no ethics, no communcation skill, no professionalism and was not punctual most of the time. He wanted to charge us with cleaning fees and wear and tear when we moved out, but they didn't even clean the house properly and did not repair the defects when we moved in eventhough we reviewed and booked the unit a few months prior.
They promised to fix everything by the time we moved in but they did not. The belongings of previous tenants were still in the house. agent took ages to complete the contract. When we wanted to contact the landlord directly they gave us excuses like he did not want to be bothered etc but when we finally reached out the lanlord he was actually wayy more responsive than the agent. The good reviews were written by themselves. Look at the name and the logo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to take a moment to praise your employee, Justin Wong.
He has been incredibly professional in both asissting us and my husband's cousin in finding apartments in the Ampang / KLCC areas.
We used the services of other agents too but none of them had the "can do" attitude that Justin has. He truly listens to the requirements of his clients, meticulously liaising between both landlord and tenant and following up on every matter with great attention to detail. Some agents work purely as sales people, closing deals only to receive their commission. Justin truly cares for his clients. For sure he will want the satisfaction of closing a deal but he takes his professionalism and the needs of his clients very seriously.
We shall recommend his services to family and friends in the future when any of them are needing the assistance of a property agent.
You certainly have a talented employee and I hope he continues to shine and progress in your company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve dealt with an agent name Jaden Teoh. A very friendly and helpful guy. He really did a great job finding a tenant for me in a short time. He always keep me updated in the whole process. I really appreciate his help. Will definitely look for him if I have anymore units for rent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting stories told by the unprofessional agent Elva Tan. Told tenant that house owned by her sisters. She promised to provide Aircon service and cleaning before move in. After moving in, found out that the house was not cleaned properly, hairs and nails in the room. The Aircons are not serviced, complained to the Agent and what her friend(another agent) came and serve me told me that Elva the repestive Agent said that the Aircon is serviced. I contacted the agent a few times and she insisted they are serviced. Around 10 days after moving in only she willing to send in contractor.
After contract ends, 3 aircon service fees was charged RM500 and cleaning fees RM190. We asked for the owner contact number, the agent asked her leader Vincent Beh to pretent as the owner's husband. They do not realize that their identity could easily be found on social platform. Then the leader Vincent Beh later explained that the house is owned by her relative. So who owns the house actually?
Unprofessional agents, lied to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very IRRESPONSIBLE, UNETHICAL and NOT PROFESSIONAL at all !! Worst experience ever, NO TRUSTWORTHY !
Entrusted my property's key & access card for rent to the agent CHEE CHAO XIANG but without my prior consent & permission he passed them to a very young guy named YOO JOE DAN (Joe ) who I doubt is only an unqualified part-timer. Very IRRESPONSIBLE & NOT PROFESSIONAL !
Due to their incapability, Joe surrender back the key & access card after 9 months of incapable of renting it out via Lalamove service & end up it reached my hand from a stranger mover without an envelope or anything to protect the owner & property (with details of owner's name, unit number, fully furnished condition etc clearly labelled on the key & card) !!!!! NO COMMON SENSE, INCAPABLE, IRRESPONSIBLE, UNETHICAL & NO TRUSTWORTHY !
When I questioned them, they gave all excuses & said they can't do anything & since then never answer my call & never reply messages. AGAIN, IRRESPONSIBLE, NOT PROFESSIONAL & RUDE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for certain apartment to rent and contact few their company people listed in iproperty but then i get no response. 1 agent reply me and show me the unit but when i confirmed want the unit he didnt bother to inform me the update. I ask few times only to get ‘i’ll update you’ reply. Other agent dont event bother to arrange unit view. I have to keep asking but still no reply. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their agent by the name of Joe contacted me recently asking for my property details and arranged for viewings after I handed over the keys. After the viewings, they said that the tenant is willing to place deposit and negotiated the rate. After I agreed on the rate, they told me it was a different tenant profile instead.... they gave me the excuse that they forgot to inform me. I declined the offer and immediately asked for my keys back. I thought that was very unprofessional. Today's society has no place for such conduct and standard. I don't trust them and will not deal with them in future.
