★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like their selections of gowns, but it is really tiring and frustrating to visit this place.
I dont understand why we need to make an appointment when they are not managing the appointments well.
My first visit was on a weekend and it was so crowded, it was difficult to look for a suitable gown and I pity the staffs struggling to attend to all the customers. As a bride, it is not a good experience. I pity the staff upstairs, 1 staff attending to 4 brides. and the last fitting room is so far away, with small mirror, and no place to hang your personal clothes when trying on gowns... coming on a weekend, good luck trying to even get a fitting room to try on evening gown....
I have feedback on instagram to the PIC, and was advised to come on a weekday. BUT unfortunately weekdays is equally as crowded as weekends........
I did not get to try any evening gowns on a weekday too because it was just too crowded. please look into hiring more staffs since you have many customers, and please manage the appointment system better. no social distancing too.... poor crowd management :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff very unfriendly. Especially the boss. Very business like. No warmth at all in tone. No smiles.
Be prepared to go multiple times and try on the gown multiple times cause they are quite disorganised. They forgot my size. So we had to go a second time. After I had removed the gown they remembered that they had forgotten to take the measurements for alteration. So had to go a third time. Then they even altered the dress in the wrong direction. So we had to wait on the day of gown collection for them to rectify the problem.
Gave 1 star due to large variety and affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful bridal gown selections, staff were very friendly and flexible in allowing customers to try as many as they need to make a decision. Price is reasonable, more affordable than other similar size bridal houses. Plenty of parking available as well. Many gowns are imported from US.

Their services are fantastic, despite high volume of customers they try their best to meet each of them. Prices are very reasonable and I'm able to find my dress for the most important day in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services here by the girls really make a difference. Especially when the ladies genuinely select designs that they believe fit your needs. Unlike other shops that charge and leave you to dress yourself, here in Dressaville you are treated like a VIP. I really enjoyed my time there. The dresses for white and colored ones are in many varieties and they have sizes that fits well and for the first time in all my dressing adventures, i had more than 7 dresses i wanted to get! So hard to decide. The girls were so patient and I loved their service. Good job! Price is also quite good around RM500-900 and they have tuxedos for men. This is rare find. 5 star!
