2. Jackets and vest dry clean not up to my liking and crumpled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Drop & Wash. Had the wash, dry and fold service, and very happy with the scent-free result. Seamless pickup and drop off with the help of the hotel’s concierge and allowing us to enjoy our vacation without worrying about laundry. (You will need to ask your hotel concierge beforehand if they can help pass the laundry though.)
Communication with Drop & Wash was also smooth thru WhatsApp and an initial phone call. Please expect at least a standard 3-4 days turnaround time though for the wash, dry and fold service, although you could pay extra$$ for 1 day service if it’s more urgent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. One untrained staff was putting in each item in the computer for my full bag of laundry. Took her 30 minutes to do so until another colleague saved my laundry and just weighed it. Took only 1 minute. Stupid. Please train your staff properly. The area also don't have many parking lot available.

Quality of service is good. Clothes always come out great.
Cons:
1. Staffs are unfriendly. I had to ask your receptionist to be nice to me before she decided to do so. I told her "Can you treat me nicely? I am a trying to be your customer?" Prior to that she looked at me with disgust for whatever reason and barely answered my questions.
2. Prices are expensive. Despite this, they still do not accept card payments. Please get on with the times.
3. Unavailability of parking. It's a narrow street. You have to park in the middle of the road in front of the shop. You would have to constantly look over your car in case anyone is trying to pass through cause I can assure you that they won't be able to get through. Although this is not the fault of the shop, perhaps they can make a parking lot available for their customers.
Update 24/11:
Sent laundry on the 21st. Called at 4pm 24/11 to ask if laundry was ready. Told to come back at 6pm. Came at 6pm but bedsheets were not yet ready. Had to wait about 15 minutes before they found and then started to iron my bedsheet.
