★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. The team is just unprofessional and staff is very unfriendly. They have scheduled a zoom consultancy for me at 10am and I was merely late for 8mins and they just called it off and refused to send me the link. I was purposely took half day off for the zoom consultantcy (as they wanted to charge rm120 if walk in for consultantcy whereas other aesthetic clinic will normally give a foc for 1st consultantcy) and they simply cancelled it just because I was late for just a few minutes and no sorry from the staff at all. The reason given was also very ridiculous. How could they scheduled a zoom with me at 10am and have a surgery at 10.30am? If the doctor is so busy this morning, why don't they just scheduled the zoom with me on a lesser busy day/time? They thought customers are all idle and no own life to cater? They've just wasted my half day off! Also, do they think a proper consultantcy can be done within just a 10 to 30mins? I have been to other aesthetic doctor and they will allocate at least an hour for a proper consultantcy. Well, for me I will definitely won't have confidence with such an unprofessional and ethical aesthetic clinic. It's not something I want to risk for, I rather be safe than sorry.

Dr Lee was very careful when undergoing the procedure.
Chloe and Vivian were being so friendly and attentive as well to my condition and question pre and post the procedure.
