โ โ โ โ โ I did my deep scaling and gums treatment as there was some infections on my gums.
Took a chance and walked in Dr Wong and Partners outlet in berkeley Klang.
I was treated by Dr Puven, was a bit skeptical as Dr Puven looked really young, however to my surprise the treatment and professionalism that was rendered by Dr Puven are worth writing a review about.
A detailed explanation of my symptoms and precautions to be taken for prevention of future reoccurrence was so well explained with patience. He was answering my many questions without hesitation which shows his knowledge and passion in dentistry. Would suggest anyone with any dental health issue to pay Dr Puven a visit, and the most worth mentioning part is that if Dr Puven does not have the answers to a certain health issue or does not have the equipment he will recommend an expert in that particular field. This point alone shows that he puts more weight in his patient's health than making business.

โ โ โ โ โ The fear of going to pay a dentist a visit has always been embedded in my mind. However Dr Puven have made that fear bearable with his patience and kindness. Went for long overdue deep scaling and whitening. Dr Puven is detailed oriented and was explaining the procedures along the way which has calmed my nerves tremendously. All in all , worth a visit and definitely worth every cent.

โ โ โ โ โ The appointment was met on time. The nurses were very clear with the process. The dentist that attended me was Dr Puven. He detailed out step by step on the process and set expectations in terms of how long the process will take. All in all it was a smooth process. Would recommend to my close ones.

He also emphasises on oral care and provides valuable tips to maintain good dental hygiene. Very happy with the service and treatment Iโm receiving so far!
