★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst electrical shop I hv ever been. Called Mr Tan to tell him I was going but he didnt pick up my call. I drove all the way ( 20 mins ) there was greeted by a salesperson. When I asked to see some catalogue he passed one to me but told me he doesnt know anything about the pricing. Mr Tan all the while was busy entertaining another couple without even greeted me when I told him I ve called earlier. I was made to wait for at least 20 mins , so i approached another salesperson..He told me he cant quote the price listing, again only Mr Tan knows. There were a few persons in the store but none can help me. I wonder why they are around then. All along, Mr Tan ignored me . I felt so humiliated and left. It was a total waste of my time. Dont patronise this shop unless you are the only customer there. They can handle only one at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service when purchase & poor after sales service, when on call for my warranty issue i can hear the lady talk bad about me fussy customer alot question, im a customer just asking what i suppose to ask for the warranty and charges to confirm before they send tech come, after 5days no tech call me i personally call sharp center to check on my case been told that the shop didnt log any warranty report on my name/product really disappointed on your service, 2022 still got this kind of business style , my 2nd house almost done think to purchase some new electronic from this shop now is a NO THANKS for me i buy online cheaper i can service myself. i hope whos handling this shop improve if cant do online business no need responsible just give cheap price only ask the customer self deal with center settle sure no bad review. Sekian Terima Kasih
