★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance RMH Mampu Milik RM 220 sebulan. Agak tinggi bagi apartment yg cuma ada security, 1 parking & surau. Tong sampah terlampau jauh. Arkitek dan Engineer yg buat Dua Residensi mmg akal tak cukup. Lift patut buat di tengah. Baru jarak antara lif dgn rumah tak jauh bagi semua unit. Parking pun jauh gila. Blok berasingan. Apa laa. Patut buat di bawah blok. RM 330K mmg tak berbaloi.
 Maintenance RMH Affordable RM 220 per month. Quite high for an apartment that only has security, 1 parking & surau. Trash can is too far away. The Architect and Engineer who made the Two Residences is not smart enough. The elevator should be made in the middle. The distance between the elevator and the house is not far for all units. Parking was far crazy. Separate blocks. Apa laa. Worth doing under the block. RM 330K is not worth it.
