★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute terrible service and ZERO consideration from their staff. We had reserved the table at 1 PM and arrived at 8 PM as per arranged time.
When we arrived, our reserved table had already been taken by someone else and we had to wait 15 minutes for the staff to set up tables ON THE ROAD NEXT TO THE PARKED CARS. Mind you it just finished raining so most of our shoes were in puddles.
After confronting the waitress, she explained that she “could not control the crowd flow” and that she “didn’t have enough time to put a ‘reserved’ sign as customers were ‘rushing in’”.
We sat and waited FOR 1 HOUR to end up not being served with rice or even the sides. Our jug combo came 30 minutes after frequently getting up to the cashier and reminding her 3 TIMES.
A group of family behind us went through a similar situation as they complained to us that they have been waiting for an hour.
After waiting for 1 hour, we went and paid for our drinks and left. Although the cashier kept saying she was sorry, there was no proof of her “sorriness”. We came for a family gathering with high hopes and excitement and left with anger, frustration and an empty stomach.
i don’t recommend visiting here AT ALL as we weren’t the only ones experiencing such slack in service in a night.
